Updated the patch once more after commit 
73ead477ddd9dbfbe6f7e8d3fc90ebfd21b271b0.

When applying please remember to clean up the unused files in the 
FATE_SAMPLES server directory (rm mxf/Avid-00005.{txt,xml} 
mxf/Sony-00001.{txt,xml}).
