Hello,
I came across an issue while decoding the H264 elementary stream with the following error:
[h264 @ 0x1851540] Found reference and non-reference fields in the same frame, which is not implemented. Update your FFmpeg version to the newest one from Git. If the problem still occurs, it means that your file has a feature which has not been implemented.
[h264 @ 0x1851540] If you want to help, upload a sample of this file to ftp://upload.ffmpeg.org/MPlayer/incoming/ and contact the ffmpeg-devel mailing list.
[h264 @ 0x1851540] decode_slice_header error
[h264 @ 0x1851540] mmco: unref short failure
[h264 @ 0x1850980] decoding for stream 0 failed
Input #0, h264, from 'slice_header_error-2016-10-27.h264':
Duration: N/A, bitrate: N/A
Stream #0:0: Video: h264 (High 4:2:2), yuv422p, 256x128, 31.25 fps, 25 tbr, 1200k tbn, 50 tbc
Output #0, rawvideo, to 'output.yuv':
Metadata:
encoder : Lavf55.19.104
Stream #0:0: Video: rawvideo (Y42B / 0x42323459), yuv422p, 256x128, q=2-31, 200 kb/s, 90k tbn, 25 tbc
Stream mapping:
Stream #0:0 -> #0:0 (h264 -> rawvideo)
I am not sure if I am getting the error due to an unsupported feature or a slice header, but the JM19.0 seems to decode it correctly.
I am using the following version:
