[FFmpeg-devel] V4L2 M2M version 6

This patch-set adds support for dynamically reconfiguring the video stream.

The set was rebased on top of [1].

The fate suite was run successfully and the encoders/decoders have
been tested (including a fix for vp8 encoding).  Simultaneous
encoding/decoding was also validated and the build system checked on
ubuntu 10.04 and following versions. 

Because I didnt receive any comments on v5 - submited some weeks ago -
and _not_ because I am trying to rush things, I'd appreciate some
clarification on what the next steps would be to get the set merge
upstream.

    The impulse response is scaled with 2/rdft_len.
