Heres an example without vframes:
./ffmpeg-good -v 0 -i ~/tickets/3539/crash.swf -map 0 -t 1 -f framecrc -
vs.
./ffmpeg -v 0 -i ~/tickets/3539/crash.swf -map 0 -t 1 -f framecrc -
new code returns fewer frames
