[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 2/4] avcodec/nvdec: correctly set output frame size

This is actually not correct, as the classic hwaccels all set the 
cropping information properly on the frame.
So not using the coded_width/height as frame size results in too much 
cropping.

So just dropping this one.
