This is a bit misleading, as it does not make ffmpeg run as a
background task (the impression one may get from reading this
sentence), but assists when running ffmpeg as a background task.

Or any Unix-like shell. (I'm saying this is also valid on *BSD et.al.,
and in a Cygwin shell.)

Otherwise definitely nice to have such an entry.
