[FFmpeg-devel] [RFC] timeout parameter

Hi all

I suggest to replace the various timeout parameters in whatever msec usec nsec
by a single -iotimeout <seconds> and -listen_iotimeout <seconds>
using AV_OPT_TYPE_DURATION or similar

Any comments or objections ?
if not ill put implementging this on my todo
