[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] avcodec: Disable new iterate API for ossfuzz

A few days ago ossfuzz stoped testing new FFmpeg as it run out of diskspacee

An alternative would be to revert the API.

This changes for example

Which should massively decrease space requirements
