If you already performed the training (train_srcnn.sh/train_espcn.sh)
you can generate the model files using the script
'generate_header_and_model.py' provided in the repo. If not I'm
attaching my generated models.
Then
./ffmpeg -i img -vf sr=model=model_file_name output
or if you have TF
./ffmpeg -i img -vf sr=model=model_file_name:dnn_backend=tensorflow output
