[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 1/4] configure: adjust enabling strategy of mmi, loongson2 and loongson3.

1. change mmi_deps from mips to loongson2/loongson3.
2. Use check_inline_asm_flags to ensure loongson3 can be enabled when
   cpu=generic.(If --cpu=loongson* is setted, cflags can be updated before doing
   compiler check. If --cpu=loongson* is not setted, check_inline_asm_flags is needed.)
NOTE: runtime check for mmi will be added in next patch.
