Ensuring nothing breaks and FATE passes is of course a must, but there's
no extra review requirement. Keep in mind the only commits that can be
backported are those related to bug fixes. No API can be added or
removed in any way whatsoever in a release branch (If it needed a
version bump in master, it can't be backported).
