The change I proposed says: "then if necessary a body with details".

Do you think it would be better if the "if necessary" part was more
clearly visible?

I changed locally the paragraph that comes later to start with:

+If the summary on the first line is not enohgh, in the body of the message,
+explain why you made a change, what you did will be obvious from the changes

I think it is better. Thanks.
