[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH v2] avformat/flvenc: avoid an extra allocate

1. Change variable type from uint32_t to int64_t.
2. Check the number of streams. I'm not sure the maximum number
of streams should be 3 or 4. And the code allowed multiple
subtitle/data tracks, I think it's a bug.
