You mean, like every project that starts small and gets bigger and reaches maturity stage?

The issue here, is that you are in minority about your vision of FFmpeg, as a fun and experimental project.
You screaming louder does not change this reality.

If you disagree, just get a vote from all people who have commit access, and you will see.
