the pattern is very simple and will be misdetected if extradata is corrupt
etc.
Now the extradata is hvcc or annexb,  for hvcc, the
*(uint8_t*)par->extradata == 1,
so the condition is assuming if it's not hvcc, then it's annexb. isn't 100%
correct?
