[FFmpeg-devel] AMR-WB+ anyone?

Hi,
might there be one developer who can tackle implementing AMR-WB+ into
ffmpeg?
I just updated the long standing ticket with additional information
about the example implementation and sample files:

It seems this discussion ended without a result:

I am not familiar with audio encoding but I can test files using my
Playaway hardware that might have been created with ffmpeg.
