Classic tin pot dictator behaviour, setting arbitrary rules to
transition to democracy that never happen.

I personally don't want any control (I am not in GA or CC), I want the
people to control FFmpeg.

There's a democratically elected GA and CC. You just choose to ignore
it when it disagrees with you.

It won't be long until the project is just you and your yes men.
