[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 04/10] fftools/ffmpeg_filter: pass sub2video canvas size through InputFilterOptions

Rather than read them directly from InputStream.

This is a step towards avoiding the assumption that filtergraph inputs
are always fed by demuxers.
