[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 06/10] fftools/ffmpeg_filter: pass framerate through InputFilterOptions

Rather than read it directly from InputStream.

This is a step towards avoiding the assumption that filtergraph inputs
are always fed by demuxers.
