[FFmpeg-devel] Exposing get_level_str log function

Hey folks,

I was adding get_level_str to a golang libAV/ffmpeg binding
<https://github.com/asticode/go-astiav/pull/49> and noticed it is not
exported. The first question is this by design? If not, what are your
thoughts on exposing it through log.h?
