Note that if you're not one of those members it seems like you don't see 
the individual access levels, you only see who have some sort of access 
privileges. In practice, out of the 4 members, 1 has level "owner" and 3 
have got the level "member". (In my case it's so that I can have write 
access to the gas-preprocessor repo.)
