Yes. Josh and Michael have the same employer and the same job, that being 
contract FFmpeg software developer (whatever their official JD may be).

Do you still not perceive the blatant paradox here? Let me spell it out:

If that is indeed such red a flag, then Michael can't continue to be admin.
If it is not such red a flag afterall, then Josh's rejection is purely 
pretextual (supporting Derek's "conspiracy theory").
