configure is extremely slow within msys2, and IO is slow when build FFmpeg
with MSVC within WSL. Windows is the only platform that bothers me, and
I can’t just give up MSVC.

wm4 reports the issue to Microsoft, I don’t see any hope to improve the
performance of shell script within msys2.
