The request for teh hosting locations was sent Nov 20 22:36:15 EET 2024
https://lists.ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2024-November/336345.html
I have mailed the nameserver maintainers Thu, 21 Nov 2024 22:08:02 +0100
one of them did not reply.
on the 24 Nov 2024 02:18:19 +0100 i resent that reply to a different email
address. (yes, i used an old email address by mistake)
He replied the next day and we exchanged a mail back and forth.
It seems he wanted to look at the mailing list to understand what this is
about
He also said "I read a few threads to understand
what this all was about and I see that the non-development discussion
are still as "friendly" as I remembered them"
And on Nov 27 01:31:56 EET 2024 i posted the patch that adds the requested
information which is the start of the thread of this very discussion
and also here:
https://lists.ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2024-November/336704.html
The "drama" you refer to has not done anything, it maybe slowed things
down as people have to read it.
thx
