[FFmpeg-devel] Adding MPEGS New Uncompressed Codec

Hello,

I am interested in FFMPEG playing uncompressed MP4 files according to the
new ISO/IEC 23001-17:2024 standard here:

I am new to FFMPEG, but was able to create a draft implementation here:

However, I would like to redo this task properly so that it can be
submitted as a contribution. Any help or advice for this task would be
greatly appreciated.
