"This" as in, "talking about the problems of the GA governance system" ?

yes, it is necessary to talk about a problem to solve the problem and build a
better system.


"This" as in, "adding it to our FAQ like that"

no, its not necessary to add it. My intend was more to raise awareness of these
problems, as it seemed not everyone understood why we need to change something.
