I won't deny the fact that several people have raised non-technical objections 
against you and your work... but you have been dismissive of actual technical 
objections. And to start with, you set a pretty bad mood in one of your first 
email this year, with your choice of words against the community.

Also a few days ago, you literally challenged everybody on this list to 
provide technical arguments against your patches, all the while preemptively 
dismissing any such argument... and then you feigned surprise that there were 
not a lot of answers.

I cannot condone ad-hominem attacks but you can't expect volunteer reviewers 
to keep their cool and (re)state their technical objections in-depth in such 
circumstances.
