I do not need to prove my knowledge of libavfilter.

Patch reviewer asking patch submitter to run some more tests or a
benchmark is a completely standard part of the review process; the patch
reviewer is not expected to do the work, although they can help if the
patch submitter asks nicely. We are in this mess only because softworkz
refuses to comply to this perfectly normal request.
