[FFmpeg-user] Lossless x264

If I specify a high bitrate in order to ensure lossless quality, the 
bitrate becomes really high even for videos at horrible quality. The 
results --> original is larger than encoded.

So my question here is -- is there anyway to get lossless, yet with good 
sizes (i.e. I'm asking for efficiency here). mpeg4 appears to do this.

I did try -q0, but it's apparently the same as -b:v 200000k
