[FFmpeg-user] Theora init parameters

	Hey guys, are there any parameters that must to be used for init 
AVCodecContext object in order to encode using theora? My application can 
produce correctly a mp4, mpeg and wemb files but when I try to produce a ogg 
file I obtain this error:

[ogg @ 0xb1841ee0] No extradata present
av_write_header Error! 

And I not understood what must I do.
