[FFmpeg-user] create video from dng images results in smaller resolution

I don't think FFmpeg supports DNG.
Afaict, no samples were ever provided, no 
ticket exists.

DNG images contain a small preview of the original image, 
that is all that FFmpeg can currently decode.
