[FFmpeg-user] Add two filters at time paralley

Hi,
    We are applying two filters BASS&TREBLE these works individually ,But
two filters at atime(paralley)not working getting noise.We used
*avfilter_graph_send_command()
*to apply filters what we have to do apply these filters paralley.
