any idea why it says ffmpeg can encode DTS-HD MA?

there's this line in the file: {"dts_hd_ma", NULL, 0, AV_OPT_TYPE_CONST,
{.i64 = FF_PROFILE_DTS_HD_MA }, INT_MIN, INT_MAX, A|E, "profile"}

and A|E means audio and encoding, is there an encoder in there? I mean,
probably not, but idk what else this could mean...
