[FFmpeg-user] Unsupported codec with id 0 for input stream 1

It seems that this command succeeds (ffprobe shows 
the streams in the file).
Is there a command that fails for the sample?
Maybe something like:
$ ffmpeg -i 15807_Gaertner-8mm_1-7-01.mov -qscale 2 -mbd 2 out.asf
?
