[FFmpeg-user] legal/free to decode wma/mms ?

I'm looking for advice on the following question :

is it legal (and royalties free)  to use the ffmpeg library to decode wma/mms streams in a commercial ios app?


In fact I wanted to use this sdk which uses ffmpeg : http://www.yakamozlabs.com/products/radiotunes but it is very unclear what is legal on not. I contacted them but they don't have any official inputs/link about this subject.
