[FFmpeg-user] -vf tinterlace=6 not behaving as expected

In case anyone is interested, I got a working mpv solution by using 
mplayers ilpack.

mpv -vo vdpau:fps=50 --vf=lavfi=[tinterlace=interlacex2],ilpack 
something-25i.xx

I guess adding --framedrop yes may also be needed, but my tests didn't 
loose sound sync without it.
