what is unclear in "asm/nasm not found"?
on a sane OS you would type something like "yum install yasm"
that will not be the last dependency you have to slove for build ffmpeg
Installed Packages
Name : yasm
Arch : x86_64
Version : 1.2.0
Release : 4.fc19
Size : 2.0 M
Repo : installed
Summary : Modular Assembler
URL : http://yasm.tortall.net/
License : BSD and (GPLv2+ or Artistic or LGPLv2+) and LGPLv2
Description : Yasm is a complete rewrite of the NASM assembler under the "new" BSD License
: (some portions are under other licenses, see COPYING for details). It is
: designed from the ground up to allow for multiple assembler syntaxes to be
: supported (eg, NASM, TASM, GAS, etc.) in addition to multiple output object
