Basically, pull entire audio stream out, create a small snippett of
sound which has background noise, feed that and the audio stream into
sox, and then merge back together. I have no idea how to use sox, so
if you get this working and have a large number of videos to go
through, you can script it out fairly easily and then use your audio
filters you've already used through ffmpeg.
