You know what, I lied.

Quicktime Player (Win) doesn't by default handle v210 movies from
anywhere, not just ffmpeg.  It DOES play 8-bit 2vuy ones.

Normally at work I have the AJA codecs installed which handle the v210
files, and I forgot about them.  I don't have them on my machine here at
home which I was trying ffmpeg-made movies on, and just forgot that
10-bit YUV support isn't standard for Quicktime on Windows at all.
