Why would you want valueS?

ffmpeg (the command line application) of course only 
uses one value when transcoding and this is (hopefully) 
the value that ffprobe shows (if not, this would be a 
bug).

Only if QuickTime (or WMP) show a video differently 
than ffmpeg / ffplay (MPlayer) then this would be a 
bug that has to be fixed.
