[FFmpeg-user] -forced-subs-only not working, bug in pgssubdec.c?

I'm sorry, I made a small typo ... forgot a "not" ...

Of course I meant:  If you specify that option, ffmpeg would
throw away all subtitles that have the AV_SUBTITLE_FLAG_FORCED
flag *NOT* set.  That is, only forced subtitles should be
passed through.
