[FFmpeg-user] How can I concat a video and audio to a longvideo?

video play,when is completes,the image will pause at video's end,the the audio plays,till it ends,that all.I can concat a video.mpg with a audio in such way,but my video is .mp4,I don't trouble with mpg.
Any help is millon appreciated!

Could you possibly be clearer still?
Are you jamming a completely new audio section between two sections of video
( with or without synced audio)? In which case would it not be
sensible to split
the video section in two first, then piece back together with concat?
Which is it..
Scenario A
=======
Video with synced audio
Video pauses at specific frame while audio continues
Video stars again ( at a specific point ) again with synced audio
Scenario B
=======
Video with synced audio
Video image pauses while completely new audio stream plays
Video restarts, again with synced audio
