[FFmpeg-user] FFmpeg and "--enable-libcelt"

Is "--enable-libcelt" now obsolete/broken?

Using 32 bit Xubuntu-14.04.

ffmpeg-HEAD-25e6310 built with local static celt-HEAD-e18de77 library.

celt_testfile.oga is in attachment testfile.tar.xz
