One of them is quite old (1.0.x), even though from 2014:

That's 0.01 seconds difference, not 1 second!

What do you want solved? Does it hurt in any way? One of the two ffmpeg
versions is probably more correct in displaying the length. Probably
the newer one, but we can't tell without seeing the original file.
