[FFmpeg-user] "missing picture in access unit with size *****"

Hello. I am trying to convert FLV files to MP4s using this preset, "-c copy
-copyts". I downloaded the .flv files from this website
(http://twitchtools.com/) which allows me to download live stream
broadcasts. Now, everytime that I try to convert the files, I get the error
that I posted in the title, and only get a portion of audio as the end
result. Any ideas as to how I can fix this?
