Hello Deron,
thanks for your detailed answer. Our Subtitles with SMPTE 2031 are in line 
10/11. So with my actual knowlege it should be no problem to read them 
with the Decklink Duo in general.
The only question is how to read and interpret with ffmpeg. Maybe there 
will be a way with Decklink SDK support that uses the drives provided by 
blackmagic.
