I found out, how to stream to nginx server.
Thank you for your information.

Is it possible, to cut / transcode the video
stream, so that the traffic is not to high.

So, from input "800x600" to output "640x480"
as example?

I have the problem with VLC, that you have
to put all the commands/properties you wish
by hand.
So VLC is very nice, but it is not very handy.
in other hand, it is very fast, but ffmpeg has
more power.
