[FFmpeg-user] Video bit-rate missing from ffprobe output for this video

Hi,

While trying to parse matadata of attached video with FFmpeg 3.3.3, I don't
get video bit-rate in the output.

If try with some old version (e.g. 2.8.1), it returns the same as 'max.
6000 kb/s'.

Is it a bug in latest version OR latest output is more accurate ??
