[FFmpeg-user] Create a MXF media with a video and audio clip at specific timing

I have advanced in my problem:
Here is my new command:

$ ffmpeg -y -i picsou.mp4 \
  -vf scale=960:720,format=yuv422p \
  -b:v 42M \
  tmp.mp4
$ ffmpeg -y -i tmp.mp4 \
  -itsoffset 2 \
  -i French/_unaffected_/Voyante/4.wav \
  -acodec pcm_s24le \
  -f mxf_opatom \
  -shortest \
  out.mxf
