[FFmpeg-user] Batch file to convert New Edit

Your command line invokes ffmpeg twice.

Also, with no enclosed spaces the double quotes are unneeded, and the call command is unnecessary when invoking an executable. Call is only used for invoking another batch file, AND returning control to the calling batch file.
